Any details about the " notifications to improve flight safety and user experience"?

It is the same changelog like 4.1.7... What is new in the v4.1.9?

Yes update is here..... maybe the distance bug ?

Did they fix the low battery alerting?

And does anyone already have the 4.1.8 update for Android showing up in the play store?

On iOS was no 4.1.8.

Dji skipped on iOS 4.0.9, 4.1.1, 4.1.6 and 4.1.8.

No changes they want to admit ;)

I'm still on 4.1.5 (21-gpPhone), and it is up-to-date, according to the app (Android srry no IOS)

Just updated, will test later hopefully

could it be that they realised the old version will  "ground" the spark on 1st sept even after you have updated everything?  And they released a new version just before the 1st to fix that? haha..and this just before i'm flying off tomorrow with no internet to update..
I hope they don't ground my spark while i'm overseas!!!!

I realise this is an IOS thread but is there a versioning problem with the Android version in the play store?

Looking at the store with a Windows browser it states that DJI GO 4 was last updated on 30/8/17 (yesterday at time of writing). I forced this to download as the play app on my phone did not recognise an update existed, however when opening it on the phone the initial Terms and Conditions splash screen states that it is a 24th April Version and the About screen in DJI Go (once installed) states 4.1.5 ??

Folks believe it or not. In just been testing 4.19 and it looks like the bug max distance /height has been fixed. I swapped batteries a few times, done approx 10 take offs and landings. Not connecting otg cable , not rebooting app/drone or controller, each time it went further than 50 m far and more than 30 m heigh. Keep my fingers cross thst it stays like this and that we do not encounter other bugs

There is a space under Pano for the fisheye icon to come....

this was a really odd bug, it happened to me in just one area... now this is an area where it is at the edge of where Gliders go, and felt it was something to do with that.

Just saw this, perhaps some of this is on thee?

4.1.6 wasn't missed .. it went from 4.1.5 to 4.1.6 and immediately to 4.1.7

Same here. Did a quick test flight, drone handled perfectly.

Same here except about 2 hours after I reinstalled that version I got an update and it changed to 4.1.5(21-gpTablet).

This is on a Samsung S7, so no idea why it wanted to change to the tablet version (assuming that is what happened).

Hi guys, I installed the vs 4.1.9 last night but haven't had a chance to test it yet.  I did however post additional information here for those who want to see what's included in the updates...
  


Nothing exciting in my opinion.  I was flying this past weekend without issue and although I appreciate the fixes/updates to a point it certainly appears there WILL BE another update coming since I don't see the new panoramic (fish-eye) view in vs 4.1.9 nor the 'paper plan mode' (which I doubt I'll ever use).  

ios update?  Could it be a normal update as per apple etc.?  Yesterday Aug 31,  I had 14 ios apps update on the same day.  Including this one.  It could be just some sort of compatibility update done as per ios and apple.  It could be as simple as adding some sort of legal text to stay within the apple store etc.  I just find it odd that I had some nay apps update on the same day at the end of the month.

interesting paper plane mode , when do you know when to launch it, in palm launch it takes off itself.

I can see a lot of people tossing it, to only see it dive straight into the ground

I notice that with 4.1.9 that my Ipad Mini 4 is more sluggish  then the  A9/M9 powered Ipad 2017 I'm using. Apparently the M9 gpu co-processor has 90% better performance than the M8

Maybe the usability of the mini 4 is coming to end as the DJI Go 4 gets more resource hungry
