Same, but it's possible that the bug fixes didn't need to come over to Android.  I think there's some additional functionality for spheres, not sure.

but on my google play it says it was updated 08/30/17 and i didnt get update

My last update (2 days ago) includes support for the Phantom 3 SE (which I don't own) and Osmo +.  Are you seeing this?  I'm thinking you did get an update, and that update is to 4.1.5, and this update contains some new functionality that you won't care about.

My DJI GO 4 was automatically updated to 4.1.8 (see photo). I don't know what the upgrade provided as I don't see the spherical photo option.

Yes, the latest app for all users is 4.1.8 now. The new ‘Sphere’ Panorama images will be included soon in the forthcoming DJI GO 4 mobile app and Spark firmware updates. Thanks for your kind attention, please pay attention to the firmware and app update notice.
