today I just editing all documents needed to ask autorization for commercial use to ENAC ( National Civil Aviation )
for this in italy we need a lot of professional documents
1) Operator manual
2) Mintence manual
3) List of test flight
4) Configuraion of Sapr
5) results of sperimental activity
6) analisys of risk
7) logbook of flight

to be able to edit these documents correctly to the rules of the Civil Aviation Authority, I have committed about a month, and I worked with an airline, for documents form
are  manuals are prepared according to "aeronautical" rules, and are in Italian language , as required by the Civil Aviation Authority.
if anyone is interested in Italy, I might even sell

termino la procedura con ENAC , sono in attesa inserimento operatori riconosciuti e ti aggiorno
ti confermo che a meno che tu non voglia dichiarare di usare SEMPRE cavo di ritegno , ti conviene installare un sistema di terminazione del volo su frequenza diversa.
La documentazione è gia incentrata nel modello aeronautico ed è completa
il costo ad esempio da Hobby & Hobby del pacchetto " consulenza" che non prevede la redazione dei documenti vale 1400€ , piu un costo ad occhio di circa 800€ redazione documenti.
se hai intenzione di avviare le pratiche per riconoscimento ENAC , metti in preventivo circa 750€ tra documentazione che potrei " aggiornare" per il tuo I1

manuale dell operazioni

insomma tutti i doc che servono ( che non appena ho conferma da ENAC , siamo sicuri che vanno bene)

Unbelievable! - so you would sell your ops manual/documentation to make a quick profit for selfish reasons to somebody who has neither the inclination or intelligence to go through the procedure themselves. It doesn't bother you in the slightest that what you are doing is allowing just the sort of individuals the CAA do not want in controlled airspace to operate in those areas commercially? Your level of irresponsibility beggars belief.

Unfortunatelly  the only foolish person, is you, that is writing without knowing or understanding what's going on. For your information in Italy to get a drone flying license you need:

- to take medical examination from an authorized doctor / hospital.
- have a theorical  course  (obligatory presence) ....from an authorized school
- after the course take the exam
- take a practical course with of course exam
(For each drone get a certification that says that you can "fly it".)


Several company  (including  official dji dealers) are sellying inspire one and phantom 3 already with manuals and certification included.

By the way you are the kind of person that is considering all the other people "not intelligent". I think your answer on the forum is not "intelligent".

Better understand what's really going on before writing for judging people.

Is the Italian "Civil Aviation Authority" to stupid to file the technical data of the Inspire1 or P3 and mark them as known so each one has to tell them the same stuff new and their brain capacity is not able to remember anything happend more then 15 minutes ago?

For any of these amounts I would rather register a corporation outside of Italy and not use any addresses within Italy and dont register anything there.
