I had the violent gimbal shake syndrome with my Mavic a ciupe of weeks ago, contacted DJI, sent it in for repair and had it back in a week and half, this is my second time dealing with DJI Care and both times I have been treated fairly with prompt service. Thank you DJI I will continue to purchase your products.
