Is there any plans to update the Inspire 1/2 propellers to the similar to the design of the Mavic Platinum?

If you mean folding props then no, I can't see this happening. This has been brought up before and I don't believe it will work too well with the active braking system on the Inspire.

No Im talking about a solid prop with the shape and design of the new mavic props with the new tip providing a quieter flight and improved battery life.

If it is possible on a heavier machine, I am sure they will be working on it. I'm guessing it may only be feasible for smaller units as I've never seen anything like them on manned aircraft.  I hope I'm wrong as I'd love a set for my Inspire.

I saw something on a forum a year or so ago showing props with those teardrop tips on military helicopters.
I think it was the Apache helis.
Done for the same reason , to lower the noise.

Cool, fingers crossed then.

Maybe, for the inspire 2, as far as the inspire 1? I don't think anything to do with the older inspire 1 will ever be updated including the props. It's old hat so to speak....

They did just update the I1 props to the I2 style prop mount not too long ago so maybe there is hope.
