HI,

Our landing gear is malfunctioning. It does not respond to any commands, whether it is pressing the power button 5 times, or using the Enter travel mode/exit travel mode button. We have done numerous tests and today we have done the firmware refresh and retested.  The landing gear will raise and lower from travel into land and flight heights. There is no resistance when using the screw to manually adjusting the landing gear. Please see the video below for what we have tried.

Your help would be greatly appreciated as we have done everything we can our end. We have contacted the Retailer today with these details too, as the next step must be to send it back. We have only 1.2hrs flight time on the drone total. (6kms)
