First, I'm sorry because my English is a little bit bad.

I bought my Phantom 4 last year (30 June 2016). Recently, I have noticed my remote controller isn't charging correctly. When 70% is charged it stop charging. I have read that other users have had the same issue.

Could you tell me if I can do anything for solving it?

If not, does the guarrantee cover this isuue?

I had the same problem. Just send the remote to repair. In my country it will cost a little.

And yes, warranty should cover it.

The cause of it is bad/poor soldering on the battery terminals connecting the battery. Someone posted photos on another forum to fix it but its not easy but not too hard.

In my country I strongly prefer DJI instead of the seller
