Dear DJI,Whilst no doubt you offer great products, you need improve the customer service for support and in general. I had issue with my drone and the process to get it resolved was not an easy one (compare with GoPro or Apple - for companies who is the leading in the market). The engineer (so what they are called) did not seem to understand the issue, I had to explain the issue several, abrupt in their responses and did not even try to analyise the flight logs. Finally, they agreed to have it repaired and today received the drone back. Another dissapointement when I received the package as it was poorly packed. There were not enough proctection in the package and look very unprofessional. It did not reflect DJI as the leading brand for drones!!! Attached is the photo of the package for your reference.
You need to lift up your customer service if you want to keep your customers loyal to your brand. With all the troubles I have with DJI, I will not recommend the product to friends or family. I am yet to test the drone but will do so over the weekend. If I come across with any issue, I will return the whole combo pack to you.
I am just hoping others do not have the same experience like me and that they do no have to deal with poor customer service with DJI.
