Hi, Im from Europe, but bought my Spark with 3 batterys and controller in Thailand some weeks ago.
Im now in Europe again.

When Im flying my Spark, Im limited to 30 meters in heigt and distance. This ONLY happens when flying with 1 particular battery out of 3 batterys.

I cant find any option to disable this, also all 3 battery updates were succesfull.

Any suggestions?

Please try to update the battery again. Any error message except "30 meters in heigt and distance"? Keep us updated, thanks.

I had the same problem !! But for some strange reason it doesn't do any more ... I hope yours does the same

I have the same issue. Even opened a topic about this but didn't get an answer yet. Tried to update via Assistant 2, the app. Everything is up to date and should work fine but it still is limited to 30 meters with one particular battery..

I just switched off the particular battery after startup, this resets the strange behaviour
