In the flight list of the flight records, my recent flights do not give the location, but after 5 days, still report 'Map Loading'. Anyone have an idea how to get the right details? The actual map is showing, and all details of the flights are correct, just the location (Riau, Indonesia) doesn't show.

What mobile device are you using? What is the version of the APP, is it up to date? Have you tried to restart the APP when your phone is connected to the internet?

Iphone 7. Yes app is up to date and yes, have restarted the app a few times.

I even deleted the App and reinstalled on my phone - but still 'map loading'...

Don't worry about that... I also sometimes get "loading map", but after some time the location pops up and everything is ok.

Even after a month??

With DJI app you can expect everything...

On one of my devices it shows "loading map" on another device the same flight records has "No GPS"...

... do you know my email address?  I don't think so, so I didn't send it to the whole world

I send my DJI-account details via a personal message... you probably have seen that button on the left side of the screen under the name of the person who posted a reply

Hi,I checked ur records. On my pad, the records on 9.1 show map loading and the gps info recorded in correct.
This is because that Apple's geocoder does not answer every request in the same way. Instead, the first requests from a certain device are answered quickly, but if the device has sent say 100 requests or more, the answers arrive slower and slower or requests are not answered at all, which might cause MapLoading for a couple of days.
DJI GO starts to request those MapLoading record when launching or clicking into the record so that some records show place name after a fewer days.
NO GPS occurs when gps is weak at starting point of the flight trace.  
Would u plz point out which individual record displays NO GPS and Map Loading in different device?(a screenshot is expected)

I'm sure that DJI Support has lots of anwers to answer... my Mavic didn't drop from the sky so I will have patient and wait till they find time to take a look at it and come back on it

It needs time to recover that. And the app will show the location name when the request was answered. Now you don't need to worry about it. Thanks for your understanding.

Not for the next couple of minutes

I now have a third "drone" in the app... it's called "lower_version_boardnum"... with flight-records of 22-08-2017... This drone appeared after synchronising todays flightrecords... I do believe some bits or bytes dropped of the DJI servers...

"lower_version_boardnum" has plagued some of us for a long time. Lol

... on iOS device it is "lower_version_boardnum", on Android device it is "DJI Aircraft"... doesn't make any sense!

... now I am really getting confused...

It depends. We can't operate the flight records on your account, so I am sorry to tell I don't have a certain time. Please kindly check the account days later, it might recover days after like our engineers said.

If it won't recover after a long time, it might be that the GPS signal on that record is not properly, our engineers will optimize this issue. Appreciate your feedback.

Hi there, for the Map Loading issue, there may have two scenarios that lead to this error.
1. If the GPS signal is weak at the starting point of the flight trace, the flight record will show map loading.
2. If the GPS signal is normal and the flight record still shows map loading, it is normal. If there are too many accesses in a day, the request for the location may not be answered normally, as a result, the location cannot be displayed and the flight record is displayed as map loading. After a period of time, the flight record will return to normal and the corresponding position will be displayed correctly.
For the No GPS display, No GPS occurs when GPS is weak at the starting point of the flight trace.
Hope this provides you with some info.
