Hi all,

Only getting back into flying after Mavis was returned from repair.

However, I have noticed that the remote is cutting into my little reverse style usb connector where it recesses into the side of the remote. I have a pic but can't put it up yet as I am in work but just wanted to sound out if anyone else is seeing the same?

These little cables are super thin and soft and I dont think it is going to last long at this rate.

The recess on the side of the remote is very sharp too.

Just me or not?

Is it the Android cable or IOS cable? I will check and forward the designated team try to resend a cable for you. Thanks!

Hi Susan,

It is the Android cable. Do you have any thoughts on why this is happening?

Obviously, some users think i should not have the cable tucked in? Perhaps its my fault then? If it is my fault you definitely don't need to send a cable, wouldn't be fair.

But if this is an issue, should i try and remove the sharpness from the edge of the recess of the remote or something?

It just looks like some roughness left by the casting process. It has definitely cut the cable though.

Would you be able to send a replacement or do i need to raise a case for this?
