Out of the box, my Phantom 4 has made a relatively awful grinding noise... you can hear it in the video. (the noise starts just after the camera centers)


Should I send it back on waranty? The aircraft also loses video feed whilst flying.  The feed comes back and the camera is looking at the landing gear.

I think you have the same known issue, have you tried to do a gimbal calibration? That is not passing 50% normally.


The issue is related to a firmware, read this other post and you will see what to do.. Basically request a beta version that fixes this issue.

These people are having an issue with the Phantom 4 Pro though, I have the Phantom 4.  Would they still send me a beta?
