I'm flying in other countries and have noticed that the footprint flags do not show up for my Mavic.  They do show for my Spark.  This only happens in GO4, if I sync to the old GO app the flags show up.  Anyone else have this problem?

Could you please provide us the screenshots of this case and the version info of the app, sync your flight records and provide us with your DJI account? I would like to forward this to our engineers to check more. Appreciate it.

We got the same problem, a lot of our footprints does not show. When looking in the app I can see the right location in the map, but the app says ”map loading” but it does not load and foot prints does not show.
Also the sync stops at 95% and reports error.
Tried everything, also with other IOS units.

I have flown in the us and Mexico and i have synced but the footprints do not show up.
