Sys warning , gps warning and drone kept going


Managed to manually take control and return home

Gps signal are strong before and after

So you finally got the drone back, right? I think it is that when there was no GPS signal, the drone entered to ATTI mode passively, you could still control the drone manually at that time. Hi , yes manual control was still working. Yes it be great if they can figure out what was the cause.

Hi made contact with support they didn't want to see the flight log they wanted me to send in the drone?
I can't understand why the flight log isn't the first step

The drone works fine using map pilot resume mission tested afterwords

So I'm guessing it's more software related than of the drone it self

Did you have GPS lock before take-off? I allways wait until DJI Go 4 app tells me that my homepoint is set (and check it on the map)...

Sorry for this, how did you contact the Support, via email? Did you get a case number or ticket number from them? If yes, please provide me with your case number or ticket number so I can look into it.

Maybe they thought you wouldn't be willing to provide it. Since you're apparently already familiar with the significance of the flight log in diagnosing a problem why don't you upload it to PhantomHelp and provide a link to it here using these instructions?
