Hi sir, does the drone crash before? Please try to update the firmware and restart the drone for many times, if it doesn't help, you might need to send it in, please kindly contact support@dji.com for a further help.

Hi Thor,I installed beta and gimbal vibration stopped but I flew it for first time today and lots of problems.I lose connection to dji 4 after a short time,it is that bad that I don’t have enough time to do I use calibration before losing connection.Its stops recording on its own saying error or slow read write I think and it gives out wireless interference and poor channel quality which never happened before.I live in a very rural area.Can you help please

Hi sir, since the app had reminded the interference, have you tried to move it to another place and will the message persists? For your case, please try to check in another place first, choose a channel that has a less interference, and try to refresh the firmware of the drone and RC, then please try to switch the phone to Airplane Mode for testing. Besides, had you tried another phone to test this problem? Please try. See if it helps. Looking forward to your feedback.

Also, my P4P is making the noise gimbal noise as well.
The camera is at about a 40 degree angle, i would like to see if the BETA software will fix it as it may need to be sent in.

Hi Adam, I got your PM, you mean the gimbal will tilt the Yaw for about 40 degrees and you had tried the suggestions on the forum, right? If yes, please try to put the camera to the opposite direction when the drone is powered off for several times. If it doesn't help, you might need to send it back. Please contact support@dji.com for a further help.

Hello DJI Thoe, I have the same problem with gimble - shaking and strange noices. I've done firmware updates, gible calibration -failed 50%, IMU calibration all that several times but nothing worked.
That is my second Phantom 4 with that problem. First time i send it back to service in Germany but after a month the problem was not solved and they send me a new one. After 2 months the problem is back again.
Can you please send beta in order to try it before contact with the service or if you have other  recomendationq will be also helpful.

Hi there, please take a look at the gimbal, will it shake when it is on the ground? If yes, I will recommend updating to the beat version and see if it helps. Just to verify, you mean the gimbal doesn't shake when the drone is on the ground, right? If so, if it is possible, check if it is the gimbal shakes or the whole drone does. Normally, you can try to calibrate the gimbal and IMU and test again. Looking forward to your feedback.

Hi, the latest firmware had resolved the gimbal noise issue for Phantom 4 Pro+, please make sure that your firmware is on V 01.05.0300, if it is not, please try to refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2, if it is, you might need to send the drone in. This is the noise the gimbal is making when camera is tilt down. Noise starts at only one angle - when camera looks down. Is it normal or should I start worrying?
