If I take a recording, land the quad, go into the editor and tap the button to Download Original file, it will take a few taps to get to the progress bar, but the bar just sits at 0%.

Am I missing something?

What is the format of your video. Can you view the original video from the SD card?

What's the speed of your card? Try using a faster micro sd card.

I dont know off hand, Its whatever the Spark records default. If I connect my Spark to my PC, I can watch the video from the sd card as well as download it to the computer. I just cannot do it from the app using the "Download Original file"

Phone has 30Gb free, SD card is FAT32 formatted 32gb Sandisk Ultra UHS-1with around 25gb free

That card is rated to 80MB/s and should have no problems with the 24mbps bitrate the Spark uses.

Please try to reinstall your app or change a mobile device. You can also download the video from playback. If these solutions won't work, please tell us.
