I have 2 controllers working with an iPad Mini (master) and iPad Air 2 (slave). One unit provides voice warnings while the other does not.  I have searched but I cannot find the setting for turning the voice announcements on and off.  Can anyone point me me in the right direction?  (and yes I have checked the iPad volume).

good question... The voice of my master and slave control don't announce anymore... Anybody to help how to turn that on again?
