So one of my Sparks was returned to DJI for repair and I raised the case a week or two ago, I sent the Spark last Friday and UPS confirmed it has been delivered but on the support pages it is still showing as to be received???
Freakuk, the package arrived in facility on 5th, Sept, it usually takes 1-5 business days to unpack, please wait patiently and we will also inform local team to expedite the process, thank you.
