Send back my Spark Controller back on 08/08 after firmware update failure.
Received “verified” email on 08/21, today is 09/08 and have been waiting for about 3 weeks, and still not received any further email about the shipment infomation.
I have been online chatted and called in for 4 times and agents promised will ship soon, but none of them came true.

It has been almost more than 30 days and I am tired of waiting, eally need some help from here to get my controller back. HELP!

PM received, I've seen it's been a long time since the replacement got approved, sorry for the time frame, I have escalated the case to local team to follow up, we will look into what happened and try our best to ship it out as soon as possible, sorry for the trouble caused, appreciate your patience.
