Hi, this is what i happening to my Ronin!

I switch it on, but nothing happens (no motor engagement) then it just goes crazy like the above video! I have got the DJI Assistant for Ronin on my mac, I connected it but doesn't seem to be giving me correct read outs...
I try and go to update the firmware but then that also fails (only the IMU has a firmware update available) Batteries are fully seated, I have tried 3 different batts, but no different!

Is there anything I can do? Or do I have to send off for repair? Also can't connect to the App...!
Please help...
