Today, total loss of connection while the drone was not far. DJI GO will not answer anymore, and the radio control will turn red.

The drone came in RTH, and at the last moment the radio remote reconnected, but the wifi of the smartphone did not. I think the remote control has gone into 2.4 Ghz, and so, with Android Europe, can not connect.

1 Strange this sequence of events: crash application / disconnection.
2  I have no log after the disconnection, and nothing on reconnection.
3 why does it go in 2.4 Ghz?
4 Dji GO is not stable on Asus asus ZenFone ZC553KL Android 7.1.1. it freeze regularly.

Do you have a recent version of the app or an older one? Why not reinstall it? Also, make sure firmware is up to date.

Yes I have the latest version and also the firmware. I have already uninstalled and emptied the cache as well. I even reset the ASUS. DJI GO still crashes.

I would suggest to use one of recommended mobile devices as the performance has been fully tested: http://www.dji.com/spark/info#downloads

I'm going to resell the Spark because DJI GO is not compatible with my 2017 Smatphone ...

DJI does not offer me any solution except to change Smartphone. I do not have the money for that. not to mention the problems of compatibility wifi in Europe
