How do I set the photo resolution to high? All my photos are super low res, even off of the sd card.

I also wonder this question. And video res settings, where are they?

There is no video resolution setting

Photos are supposed to be 3968x2976 (12Mpix).
What is the resolution of your photos from the SD card?
Are the photos taken normally using the shutter button?
If taken via gesture modes the resolution is lower.

They should be 3968×2976 unless you are in pano mode or shallow focus etc.

That's the resolution. Weird. It doesn't look nearly as good as the video. I feel like I could screen grab the video and get a better picture.

Could you please upload an original image from the SD card to the Dropbox so I can download it for analysis?

It is definitely 12mp according to the details of the file. It just looks grainy. Maybe it was the lighting. Or maybe I just expected better because I'm used to my Canon DSLR. I realize the Canon has 4 times the resolution. I guess I'm just conditioned and spoiled.

I did get the gesture selfie to take 12mp, by the way. When I have spark connected to the remote and the app, it takes 12mp. If I don't link it to anything and just fly with gesture, it takes low res.

A DSLR history will ruin your Spark experience in some ways.

Neither the image size and video resolution can be changed manually. Please refer to the picture below. Please help to export the image like DJI Diana mentioned and we would like to check. Thank you.
