What an emotional rollercoaster....  

Hi, did not find the righ place to call for help. I try here.
I logged in with my main DJI account email on this website, opened forums part, created a nickname and an avatar, then tried to reply in one topic.
But then, I get a message saying I will receive a mail to activate my user account.
I never receive this email, cliked "send again" many times  (waiting 1 minute between each try)
This is the account I used to register my drone, it was activated weeks ago !

So I created another user account, not linked with my drone, just to be able to write in the forums and call for help.
Is there a mail adress to contact forum administrators ?
How to request some support when you are not allowed to create a thread nor reply to any thread !

Please help me to solve this, sending me the activation mail, or activating my account for the forum part.

just remove the "2" in my nickname to find my main account...

Because on your phone/tablet, you will only see the "streamed" 720 to your device, that way it does eat all the bandwidth coming and going to your Mavic from your RC unit.

The true 1080/4K is stored on the SD card on the mavic. You have to pull the vids/images off of it, copy to your pc to see the true video(s)/image(s).

Have you checked the Spam? See if you can find the activation email.

No gimbal in the world would withstand such a flight...

Spam folders are where you want to be looking to make sure you did not receive the emails.

Aha I'm new to this it's all very hi tech, I'm having problems very s l o w l y getting to grips, I'm trying to upand all bats seem to be done, BUT my RC just not having it any help would be greatly apreaciated

Sorry, Sir, we don't understand your issue very clearly.
Do you mean there is something wrong with the RC? It cannot connect to the drone?
More details would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply, i find the forum baffaling to be hounest , i can never seem to get back to the same place to pick up replies , ive about 6 qwestions , if i give my email which is roy.harkins71@gmail.com

When i try to calibrate the front cams the bottom cams come on instead, after update i get check app,  also i updated each bat by just inhaling and going through the whole update thing again, I never had this much hassle with my parrot,  haven't been able to fly as ive lost faith in my drone and am worried itll just fly off or just go ape and crash

Not sure where where is !! I must be thick, drone flys erratic, rc says check app, when I tried callibrating front cameras I could see it was the bottom cameras that were turning on, ah maybe I should have aimed them at the screen first I'm thinking ,

Reinstalled dji app for android after de installing app, mavic is no longer available other craft appear instead, Any idea how this can be sorted,
