It's been happening EVERY flight.  I'll look down, and I'll be back at the home screen.  Sometimes I'll be looking at it, and I'll SEE it just quit back to the home screen.

I have yet to be able to collect a crash log via logcat out any other means.

How is this still not fixed?  I have the feeling it's because of poor memory management or memory leaks.

What mobile device are you using? Have you tried to reinstall the APP, then run the APP when your phone is in the airplane mode. It is recommended to use a mobile device which is in the recommended device list.

4.1.8 has been the worst version of Go 4 i have used yet. Lots video artifacts and/or very heavy latency. The least usable version for me so far.

I have both the Nexus 6P, and the Pixel XL.  The 6P is on the list, the Pixel is not.  4.1.8 crashes on both phones.

Yes, Google Nexus 6p is on the list. Please try what DJI Diana mentioned. If the issue persists, please help to provide the below info of your Nexus 6P and we will transfer it to our engineers to take a look at it. Thank you.
1. Operations before and when the Android device crashes
2. Aircraft model
3. Android version number
4. DJI GO app’s version number (shown under Settings of Me in the app)
5. Crash log, (connect the device to the computer to export it: /sdcard/DJI/dji.go.v4 /LOG/CRASH)
6. Your DJI account

Part of the problem is, I'm not getting a crash log, ever.  It's crashed 20+ time in the past couple days, and I have yet to see a single log in the LOG folder.

is it me or are many people experiencing GO4 app and connection issues (between Spark and device or Spark and RC/Device) who are using Android devices.  This is my observation not a statement.
