IMU & Compass Exit P-GPS errors - best way to escalate repair case??

k, been lurking here for about 2 months & haven't found a need to post - until now.
my setup is yellow fly more package Spark w/3 batteries, everything bought directly f/DJI. iPad Mini 3 wifi running 9.3.3 is device tethered to R/C. all AC, RC & battery firmware is current as of 9/2 mandatory update.

so, flying on 9/4 in some farmland next to the hills, i randomly got several uncharacteristic errors - flight record here

please note that i've had no errors of any type whatsoever before this in 50 previous flights, no crashes either.

(also, i understand the rookie mistake w/RTH after compass errors - lesson learned & moving on...)

since then, i've been doing systematic troubleshooting to determine where the problem might lie:

1. two more test flights on same day @ local field revealed back to back IMU errors (same as original)
2. recalibrated IMU
3. flew once & got another IMU error on 9/7 (flight record here), then recalibrated compass directly afterwards - behaved fine for two subsequent flights
4. rolled back Go app to 4.1.7 (just as an experiment since everything worked flawlessly before i upgraded to 4.1.9)
5. recalibrated IMU & compass again after app rollback (for the sake of consistency) - flew fine for a third flight on 9/8 (compass was recalibrated in middle of open farm field)
6. test flew today @ local field, got both IMU & compass errors again - flight record here
7. recalibrated compass again (i know - shouldn't need to, but bear w/me as again it's for consistency)
8. afterwards observed slight TBE, drifting, etc., but no errors in two subsequent cautious low altitude test flights which clearly suggests issue(s) persists
(please note that i calibrated compass @ local field a month before any of this even occurred w/no errors)

if memory serves, KPH level has been low (4 or less) during every aforementioned flight

any initial impressions, observations, theories, etc?

more importantly, what's the best way to escalate past the typical DJI support runaround & get this thing returned for service as quickly as possible?

forgot to mention that i always use an OTG cable to reduce wifi/bluetooth interference

How did you confirm this is a warranty claim and not a care refresh? I'm facing a similar problem right now.

just basically stated in the online repair request problem description field that i'm requesting a warranty replacement since i never crashed the drone or abused it in any way. there's clearly something defective w/the AC, esp. considering that weak GPS symptoms still occurred after it was originally repaired (see new thread here). you basically have to make enough noise & get a forum mod or two behind you to help escalate the case.  IDK if it will actually be replaced this time, but am making an assumption based on my rights as a paying consumer being covered in a (second) legitimate warranty claim scenario.
