Dears, I founs that some of the images taken fron Mavic was broken but some of them are fine, please advise what wrong with my app setting, thanks.

Are you shooting JPEG + RAW ?
You need a program to view the RAW (DNG) photos.

for the shooting format, i just use the default one, but how can i fix this issue? Thanks.

I only shoot RAW photos, had my Mavic since Nov 16 and cant remember what the default setting was, so you will need to tell me what format you are using.
Or just set it to JPEG only and see what happens.

I assume that you found these photos on your mobile device.
Are the same photos OK on the Mavic's SD card?

Have you checked the original files on the SD card? If it is the same, please upload an original image from the SD card to the Dropbox, then provide me a link to download it. For the image format, please go to the Camera settings on the APP to check and change it.
