Makes no sense 100 percent battery then 0 in 4 min then auto land in tree all broke up. Makes no damn sense. Will never by dji again to much money to be taking a gamble like that. 1 or 2 batters makes no difference.  Goes from 100 to 53 to 50 then 0 no time to turn around. Auto landed into trees. Only had it sense April.

First thing, you need to provide your flight log so someone here can have looked for you. But did charge you charge up your batteries immediately before your flight.

Yep you can see on the flight log that it says 100 percent. Both batteries.  Waited for the charger to go beep beep beep beep.  How ever it sounds.

When did you charge the batteries? The log on battery level cannot be reliable especially when it just turns on.

Saw the same sort of thing with my old Phantom 2 when my batteries went bad. With those batteries it was easy to see if they were getting puffy.   Hard to tell with Inspire batteries.

really sorry about your I2. I think you are probably not at fault. Anyway, let's hear what the people say after checking your flight log. I presume also that everything is still under warranty.
