Hi Folks,

Before I explore repair, I wanted to see if anyone has seen an issue I am experiencing with one of my batteries.

If I single click the button on the battery, all four bars light up.
If I power it on like if it was on the drone, one light remains lit.
The charger does not seem to charge it, or the lights do not show anything going on, other batteries exist.

Any advice? It is a relatively low used battery, so I thought I would start here, and then try to figure out where to get it looked at in Canada (If this is even possible?).

What does the app say about the battery? There you can check the voltage and the cells...

Just to verify, which led remained when you mounted it on the drone? You can refer to the battery status below. Besides, you can try to discharge the battery to empty then charge it to full. If the issue persists, I suggest sending it in if it is under warranty period (6 months and charge cycle less than 200 times).
