DJI Inspire 1 Crash - unknown ESC / motor error?

Dear colleagues. Please look at the data of crash, that happened to me.  After one minute, one motor (left back) failed and the machine went into  the spiral of death. After the fall, all the propellers were on motors.  The analysis shows, that Motorcmnd (requested RPM) has risen to 10,000,  but the actual motor speed and load has remained (frozen)  constant. Any opinions?

It seems, the local dealer will not want to tell me case number. Without it, no one will help me here in this forum? All relevant files are here...

Sorry that we can not update the info of your case without case number. Or you can provide the data to the dealer and let them update your flight data.

That's annoying. The local dealer promised me the data analysis, but after a week of waiting, he told me he had no time. I am disappointed that I have no choice but to wait for a few weeks or months. Mhmmm... That's weird. So, DJI will not analyze the flight data and only tell my local dealer the cost of the repair? Based on what local dealer decides my claim is legitimate or not? In my country there is a valid 24-month warranty for drones.
