Hello everyone. I'm trying to upgrade my mavic pro firmware 1.03.400 to version 1.03.1000. I have tried every possible way. With the Mobile, with the remote control, with Dji Assitant 2 and I always get error in the update.
Probe with 2 computers, with 2 USB cables and it is impossible. There is always an error in the update. I have tried more than 20 times, with 3 different batteries. I need you to assist me with a solution, thank you very much

I've got a similar problem but I've only tried about 4 times. Still using up batteries for this 30 minute upgrade. Is there a problem with some of the Drones?

ive got the same problem.  i the my drone wont fly cause of incompatible versions.  ive tried downgrading and upgrading with the same results...error  WHAT CAN I DO?!?!?

Did you get any error code when it failed to upgrade? If yes, what is that?

Since I bought the drone 3 weeks ago, I could never blow it. I always got the error of the incompatibility of the versions

Please refer to my answer above and name it if you got the error message. And please kindly keep the power beyond 50% when doing an upgrading.

Sure, done, Please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 again.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2.Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10 or V1.3.8.11. or V1.3.8.13
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest one, it will be working.

Are you using the usb cable that came with your Mavic? You are removing the gimbal clamp and turning the Mavic on? After updating the RC, you should close the Assistant 2 software and then reopen it again after attaching the Mavic and turning it on.

yes, i used the cable that came with the mavic and used others. I removed the gimbal too. I've tried the updating in diferents days.

i think is v01.03.0900  the last version before the version v01.03.1. Seeing some post is that the problem is not connecting the rc with ac but as my pc doesn't recognize the ac I can't update it to the last version

If you turn your RC on and then turn the Mavic on, do you get a firmware mismatch notice? Also in the settings menu go to About at the bottom and it will tell you what versions the RC and Mavic are on.

nothing happens, the control fails to connect with the mavic, the mavic the yellow led flashes and about I have this, as it does not connect the mavic does not give information

Had you tried to relink the drone and RC? Please refer to the tutorial below and try. Besides, could the PC recognize the drone? I mean could you read the files of the drone on the PC? If you could, then it might be the Driver of DJI Assistant 2 wasn't installed properly. Try to reinstall it or update it on another PC. If you couldn't view the files, then it could be the cable's fault, change another cable.

getting errors. mismatch. mavic at 400, battery and rc at 1000.
I would really like to make the drone fly again.

i tried to do the update via dji assistant 2 on PC, no failure but it stalled out on 100% downloaded for 30 minutes..it didn't switch to installing anything... i decided to cancel it and use my iPad mini 2 to run the update, which it complete no problem.  


so there is something going on with dji assistant 2 on PC...
