Nope, you can use your original USB cable for connecting the RC with your mobile device. No extra adapter needed.

Aloha Trekz,

     Be sure to let us know how it goes.  Does it allow higher resolution video?  Is the video better in any other way?  The USB-C port is supposed to compete with the HDMI ports at some point from what I have read.
