Broke my drone the Friday before Labor Day. Sent it in sept 5th. Got my replacement drone sept 11th. Used care refresh express. Incredibly happy with turn around time and phone customer service. Only issue was online replacement request was a bit confusing but phone support got everything straightened out. Thank you guys for get me my drone before the honeymoon.
