it's saying aircarft is upgrading when its not...

have never heard of this error before.  DJI Support, can you help out here?  Thanks

What was the issue and fix?

Please provide the following information:
1. The version of your drone, app
2. The model of your device
3. Did the code appear again if you reboot your drone?

Hey, I know you fixed your issue, but can you share more details in case one of us come across the same error message

so sorry. Basically i tried downloading latest firmware offline

the fix was i resetted the spark's wi fi and the update appeared again so i was able to download it

thanks. im still having trouble with that other problem i had where the rc's wi fi would not appear on my phone after i updated the firmware on the rc!

I am having the same error, tried to re-set but still giving me the error id 200
