Dear forum members,

usually I fly my DJI Inspire 1 RAW but now because of certain circumstances I need to fly the Mavic Pro from a friend.
I downloaded the DJI GO 4 app to my iPhone SE and connected everything to go through the settings. With the app I am loged in to my normal account. But when the drone lifts the following error appears on the screen:
"Error verifying user account. Flight altitude and distance are limited to 30m and 50m. Please log in with your user account or try to reboot the Mavic and the app."

Does anyone know how to solve this problem.
The Mavic firmware version is 01.03.0700 and mustn't be updated.
The remote control firmware version is 01.03.1000.
The app version is 4.1.9.

Any help is appreciated. My internet access is very limited as I am in south america on expedition.

Please make sure the aircraft firmware and controller firmware matched and logged in your DJI account again to check.
