Hi, i have a new spark and when i take video it makes orizontal gray lines.Doew someone else have tha same problem?

I saw another user post some still pics that had the aberration, it was an lower res grab from the app, and not off the SD card.  (https://i.redd.it/moj89bzsz3jz.jpg)

This might be a motherboard or sensor issue within the spark.  Saw another post on this yesterday.

Sparky is  right, the post at 4# is hardware issue and need to send it back for repair: http://www.dji.com/support . If your original picture is the same as the one posted at 4#, there are something wrong with your camera. Any question, please keep us updated.

I have this exact same issue with the Spark I just purchased last week

I have a problem with my Spark too (which I purchased 3 weeks ago).  It takes good video, but the photo is very choppy and unusable.  Can you help?   

correction:  I am not sure if "abberation" is the correct term here, but in any case, if you zoon into the photo above (Salvation Mountain), (i.e. my face) you will see that it is very fuzzy and cannot make out the details.  The same photo taken at same MP setting (12MP on my Sony camera) is about ten times sharper

I have also the same problem, but for me it is vertical grey lines.


Here is a picture of what I see. Can enyone please help??
