Hi has anyone else had issues with your mavic once you upgraded to firmware v01.03.1000? My mavic won't focus, it does the auto focus but ends up being blurry.

Auto focus works here after update to V01.03.1000. You could try a reset in camera settings first, see if that makes any difference, or perhaps a refresh and factory reset in Assistant 2 of the firmware might help.

Like Aardvark mentioned, please try to reset camera settings. Then you can try to switch to MF and focus and adjust manually. Please keep us updated if the problem persists, thank you.

Yes I've tried all of those things and the images are still blurred

To figure out what causes the issue, please help us confirm the following info as well, thanks in advance.
1. What was the firmware version it had before upgrading?
2. You notice the same situation under AFC and AE, right?
3. Focus fails no matter it is still or in flying or it just occurs when flying?
4. Would you please upload an original video directly from SD card showing that if convenient?

2) Yes in both.

3) Yes it fails in both flight and still.

The engineers analyzed all the files you provided,  and said "some hardware issues may happen to the lens module",  so please send in the drone to us, and we will find the root cause and fix it.
Please submit a case online via the link below and provide us the case number, thanks.
