My remote wont connect to my computer and when i connect to my phone it says to download the dji app foe before phantom 4.   Now the lights on thw control are all white.  Any ideas on what to do.  Dji support was a waste of time

Lights indicate how much battery you have left on rc.

There are 2 DJI Apps...the DJI Go and the DJI GO 4.  Make sure you have the correct app downloaded to your iPhone.  If you have a Phantom 4, 4P, 4P+, or 4 Advanced you have to use the DJI GO 4 App on your iPhone.

It doesn't support to connect the RC for phantom 4 to the computer. Besides, just to verify, did the message pop up on DJI GO 4 app? Had you tried to relaunch the app or just reinstall it? Could you please provide a photo with your RC and the screenshot of the message? Thank you.

The remote also turns as soon as you touch the on button. I have dji 4 app
