I'm having issues with my DJI Go App and Phantom 3, I can be right next to my drone or have it a distance away and the video feed on screen will go grey and then the drone will RTH. But there doesn't seem to be a pattern, just random, I can resolve the issue by pressing back off the video feed screen to the "drone selection" screen and then pressing the blue "Camera" button, that reconnects the video feed then, for a short while.

I'm using a Android tablet - Samsung A6 (2016 )
                    Phantom 3 Standard

What Go app version is on your tab and what FW on your copter system?

Both updated to latest.

DJI Go app - 3.1.11
Phantom - Latest, can't  check right now.

Do you have Nougat as OS on the tab?

Android 5.1, highest it'll  go.

Does the issue appear in every flight? How about changing to another location without interference or recommended mobile?

I think,it´s the location where has many WIFI interferences. My MPQC96i has no greyed ´live feed.

It happens anywhere, on either my tablet or my Samsung S5.

Thankfully the video feed can be reconnected but it is annoying.

I live in the middle of the country side and mostly fly over the sea and cliffs. No WiFi around.

Any help on this?

It's only the video feed, everything else works when screen goes grey. It's annoying

Another receommended mobile will be helpful to verify the issue. Please check whether the same issue appears in your family or friends' mobile.
