i sent an email to them on september 5 it is the 14. yall need to get yalls costumer service to gether like for real though

     Whenever you deal with customer service for any company, if they have any contact for a live person, it is best to go that route.  This usually means a phone call or live chat.  After that email usually works.

     Trying email from the beginning can pretty much guarantee that your email will get lost.  If you have to send an email from the beginning and you do not hear from the company after two business days, you need to send a second email and keep doing this until they respond.
