Yes,,The Release note indicates 20170915 update but the link to the actual release note goes to the Assistant 2 instead

Probably, nothing no new firmware for P4 in Assistant 2. But new RC firmware 1.9.3 is available.

Ha ha. Diana, your people has changed the release date in the Downloads page to 2016-11-09(seen at 19:00 GMT+7) but the actual link still point to Assistant 2 release note.
In fact the latest release is 2017-07-06.
