Hi, just got my first drone.  Phantom 3 Standard.  I had to install a code on my computer to view my video.  Now my media player won't work to play other videos.  What format should I use to play all my videos?  I'm not real savy with these things.  Thanks, Kim

There are a few media players, and one which is free (and works) is VLC which you can download from the internet at /   https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

I like MPC-HC.  Free and it'll play anything.  You can capture frames easily too.  Been using it fifteen years.  https://mpc-hc.org/

I have Windows 7.  I will try one of those mentioned.  I downloaded Cole2k and it plays the drone videos but not the normal videos.  Thanks

Try the free VLCPlayer.

The Gomplaayer is also free as the VLC player and can Gom converter converts all movie files GOM Player

I believe windows player you can select formats have you selected to accept all formats in your player also what format are you saving your videos as. you can set al that up I'm running windows 8 and I also use a windows 7 computer never had to install any codes
