New owner to the Phantom drone.  I got the controller paired and can do a small flight.  But the app won't do anything.  I ad the DJI and the DJI 4 app.  Tried it on an iPad and Google Pixel XL.  The app won't show the camera feed.  In the main menu of the app it says disconnected in the top left.  I tried doing a firmware update through the iPad, I plugged it in and when it was at about 99% it said to unplug and replug the cable to continue.  When I did that it was stuck at 99% for about 15 minutes so I unplugged it.  

Or is al lthis just a known issue?  Sucks for a $1,000 device

Why didn't you see how it did right outta the box first?

Please try to refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2 and see whether it works.
