Dji osmo raw x5r after some bumpy upgrade stsrted showing as osmo only its notnshowing as osmo raw and i no picture  
Firmware shows 1.6x latest but its details wxting a s osmo rather than osmo raw . Need very urgent help

please help the firm ware is dji osmo firmware 1.6.2.10+ and the screen is blank

Muduru, the latest firmware of Osmo RAW is v1.4.0.70, did you download the right firmware?

Yes sir i did tat formTed sd card and tried agai ntoo it says upgrading and focus is not connected

I also tried holdin trigger record button and start the osmo and the right sde red and green weere blinkin and left side dont see any light on osmo

Leaae help its urgent . I have a weddin to shoot

Muduru, please format your SD card and flash the firmware of your osmo raw.
Make sure that you download v1.4.0.70 and follow the steps of the video.

Tried flashin vy clickin trigfer record and power button after formatin the sd card and puttin the . Bin file. However i see that the red and green lights r blinkin on right sode rather than left side. As of now i just left it like tat lets see how ti goes

osmo wend down due to battery off after 1 hr. However only the right side red and green lights were blinking

in the dji go app 2 days back it used to show osmo RAW and now its showing osmo only and in connected status when i go inside the camera its all blank. i  have a imporant event to shoot pls help. I have spent around 40k in DJI store. Please help

please find the zip file with all log information this includes hidden files as well please update asap

Hello, was this ever fixed, I have an X5R, use it with my inspire 1, have just got osmo handle, downloaded latest osmo raw firmware and followed instructions, upgrade fails with same as above, FOCUS NOT DETECT
