Hi, I have a problem with the remote. The pilot did not want to update, and after a few unsuccessful attempts, he started strangely. I updated with iPhone 7. More will be seen in the movie. How to solve the problem?

First thing to try is switch on the remote and then hold the power button for 9 seconds in order to reset it. Then try again to do the update. I am not familiar with iPhones and therefore don't know if there is anything to do on that side.

Just to verify, is the upgrade failed or succeeded? Please try to reset the WiFi by pressing and hold the power button for 9 seconds. Try to upgrade again if you can connect the RC to the app. If you can not connect the RC to the app cause there is no WiFi access, I suggest sending the drone in for repair.  

I am having the same problem. Flashing red LED but no beeping. The remote wont even be recognised when plugged in to DJI assistant ??
Its a brand new remote and spark. This happened immediately after the latest firmware upgrade..

Nothing works now :-(
