Hello all,

why flight synchronization takes for ages?
I am doing flight synchronization after each day of fly and the process in most cases takes more than 30 minutes... sometimes it may take more than an hour or two.
Are there any settings for my phone or the app that I should do in order to improve this process or is an issue that is still being optimised by DJI?

Please ensure that you have a solid Internet. Did you try to use another mobile device to fly your spark and then syncing your flight record?

I recently upgraded my connection to a VDSL line with 50Mbps download rate and 5Mbps upload rate.
From the so far use of the internet I have not seen any issues with my internet connection.

I have not tried to use another device to fly my MAVIC. Do you think that it is necessary? My phone is already considered to be quite powerful... it is the Sony xperia Z5 with 3GB internal memory and 32GB storage.

The same problem here vdsl also when flight record sync internet stop working...Router need reset...OTE Greece...You can sync rec after router reboot....

Today also I did a small flight and I can't complete a synchronisation. I tried to sync only the last month,  6 months or all but nothing. Any news on this?

Did you try to use your mobile data or using wifi to sync your flight record?  It is usually caused by internet connection.

I am always using wifi connection.  however I have to say that the problem seems to be fixed somehow. I'm completing the sync very fast during the last attempts.

Congratulation! Can you share with us how does it work well again?

How to share that Elektra?

Both synchronization and firmware updates take too long for me. The only two times it was faster was when I dit it too late at night (actually dawn). My conclusion is that the servers must have a limited flow as I get real good speeds when US is sleeping, in my case.

The Internet connection have a deep influence on the update procedure in app. I would recommend users ensure their wifi connection is good enough before updating.
