I'm sorry that you wrecked your aircraft due to multiple pilot errors.  I'm sure you'll read the manual for your next drone very carefully before flying it.

Don't think that any further arguing will help you. Time to move on.

Sorry for you're loss, but I'm gonna  have to agree with the Diana and Mindy's assessment....... and what Irate and Bama said.  This really looks like pilot error to me.
I'm sure it leaves a bad taste in your mouth to lose the drone....but the 2 screenshots you posted leave little doubt about what happened.

I understand your disappointment. I could feel the pain when I lost my drone.

I know it is a hard lesson, but keeping move on, you will enjoy more pleasure of flying the drone.

Thanks for your kindness. Actually, I'm aware of the reason after I lost it. A tough lesson, but that's the reason why I'm here work for DJI.

Hey, if one can afford to fly the Inspire 2, then acquiring the Cendence RC should be a breeze....

Just another piece of the ultimate DJI flight kit.... ;-)

There are effective products like Neem Oil that are non toxic. Do your homework, and live safe. ;-)

The RC doesn't control flight time, the Inspire intelligent battery does that.
