Very nice pic.The world is different from that height....Keep in mind that flight in that height may violate local laws and may be dangerous for human aircrafts...

Which for very good reasons is less than 120 meters!

I think @talha got the message and this one instance was a "newbee" mistake. Many new pilots think its ok to fly up to 500 meters because 500 meters is max altitude in the go app. Some of the smartest people i know, lack in the common sense department.....

What I don't understand about this is, how do you even see it at 500m. At 106m, the highest I have flown I can barely see the Spark. We are talking about 5 times this height. So I can only imagine binoculars would be required to see the drone at this altitude.

Not by anyway condoning this flight, as other's have said its illegal and stupid, just trying to get my head round it.

So now…
As i see here are many people who want to comment on things they don't know. Or maybe most of the guys who are commenting stuff here are just people because they are just frustrated because they try hard to follow all the laws like not flying 101 Meters above because only 100 Meters are permitted…

Not one Person was disturbed or harmed during this flight.
Not one public and nor private transport was disturbed during this flight.

I allways check the sky state online and offline before flight and also watch out what the people say before i fly.
If they have a problem with the drone. No problem then i will pack in my drone.
I know that it is dangerous to fly at this altitude. Because of this i chose a place where nobody can be harmed in case of 'power-off' or something like that during flight.

To the laws…
I know the laws from flying drones in germany and belgium. I also know the rules from many other countries.

I just wanted to share a nice moment with you guys because i like it if some of you is sharing his beautiful moments with us too. I think everybody knows how illegal this activities were.

By the way: If you follow the laws in Germany, you are not allowed to share any photos or videos here.

There is no limit on altitude in the USA for recreational flyers. Section 336 of public law 112-95 has no set height. FAA 400ft is a guideline and not enforceable. Guidelines is not law. Part 107 does have a set height but that is for another day.

Ok then, because airplanes fly above 400 feet i will call it the "400 ft maximum common sense rule"
