I had to send my drone in for repairs. I had error message saying to contact dji for repairs. I tried everything possible to fix before sending into dji. Could not fix. Contacted dji for repairs, shipping went well. Was waiting on my phantom to return in the mail. Opened box with repaired phantom and to my surprise I had a brand new drone with my same remote control. I was so happy with dji. I feel so lucky to receive a new drone thanks dji for your service. Your service in my eyes A+ with a Thank You Very Much.
