Hi,

Any news on Update fro the crystalsky since DJI go 4 app got updated today.  Will there be a new release to have all the new features ???

I still find it hard to understand that owners of Crystalsky tablets have to wait longer for updates than people who don't own one. Surely, given the fact that we've spent a lot of money on this DJI product, we should be first in line not last..

That doesnt not give us access to new Features

Be reasonable... before adding new features, would be nice to make it work without crash

Yeah, this makes me not want to update the firmware...since it was made for a later version of djigo4

No sure if update is good since it 4.1.6 and on App store is 4.1.10.  Might not enable the new features for Mavic Pro

Update is out but it is still is not the latest version with all the new features.........It is 4.1.5 when the Phone app is 4.1.10

Lenrage, the APP built in CrystalSky is different from APP in mobile device and it is optimized.

New update for the Crystal Sky out now.
CS      : V02.03.00.00
GO4  : 4.1.6
GO    : 3.1.11
Pilot : 0.3.6

I made today some flights with my P4P after the update of my Crystal Sky 5.5". The touch screen has become very sluggish. It is very hard to change aperture because there is no adequate response from the screen. I had to struggle for some time to get the right aperture. Same for ISO and shutter dial. It can't be that after every update of DJI products one have to be concerned what goes wrong this time!

Please provide me the version of your CS and can you shoot a video about the situation? We would forward it to our engineers to check the problem. Thanks for your feedback.

New update for the Crystal Sky out now.

These versions as far as I know do not support the add on for the new Platinum Props, Quick Shot  or Dynamic Home point features. I am running CS 4.1.6 and they are not there.

DJI when are you going to bring us CS owners to the current versions available to IOS & Android users?????
This is not fair we are denied on a product you describe as a seamless user friendly interface!!!!

Well it's been 14 days since you posted this Mindy, many of us are still waiting to be treated to the same features everyone else who does NOT own a CS is happily using

And the delay is ridiculous ... sadly I for one am rapidly loosing confidence in the company to support its existing customer and/or product base!

Though I'll concede that no release is better than a bug ridden one !

Yes this is the current FW I am running on my CS, it does not support Hot Shot or Dynamic Home point which IOS and Android devices are currently enjoying??

Right, these features are not available in CrystalSky at present.
Since the DJI Go and DJI Go 4 built-in CrystalSky are optimized, the update may be slower than APP in mobile device.
Please wait patiently for the next release.

Does any one know how to turn off the battery percentage display on the crystal sky? I Tried to turn it off but it still showed on the screen; therefore, it also output to my hdmi TV.

Sorry that this icon cannot be turned off at present, our engineers are working on it, hope it will be available soon. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I don’t understand why DJI Crystal sky brightness  does updating  Have a update i pay a lot of money for the device we should get updated before  any uses

When you get in contact with DJI  and the agents do not know anything About the drones or  The  Crystal sky brightness they give   You   The wrong information

And still we wait for the update, it's bizarre to be handicapped for using a DJI product instead of a non DJI product!   

And now when 4.1.14 is out, we are still ignored. It's not a joke - paying in full for dji product and some extra for Crystal sky, we are not able to use the full functionality of the system.
Where is a justice? DJI, if you don't possess enough resources to complete firmware for Crystal Sky, make a pause with IOS and Android phones support and pay some attention to us.
