Bought a new battery yesterday and remembered the FW upgrade telling me to plug any battery in once, for it to upgrade - is there any way to check it's firmware before I take my chances? The manual is mute on that topic.
Insert the battery into the drone, then power on it, and connect it to the DJI GO 4, DJI GO 4 will check the firmware version of the whole drone automatically, a prompt will pop out if the battery's firmware is not compatible with the drone.
So he can see if his batteries are all up to date without having to go through a long upgrade process. I wish the P3 and P4 showed battery FW information as I own over a dozen batteries between three Phantom 3/4 aircrafts.
